Regulo Arus Liar stood since 2002, is a tour operator Adventure and Outdoor Learning (Experiential Program) established by experts in the field of Tour Adventure, including the Lody Korua, Amalia Yunita, Ita Budhi, Agus Taufik Sudharmono and Tri Wahyudi.

At its inception, Regulo Arus Liar that also stood by Adjie Massaid is more focused on product Rafting. In line with the development of market interest, Regulo Arus Liar which later became part of the Arus Liar Group, Adventure Tour operators who had already developed and known, Regulo Arus Liar also developing products to the product and adventure tour packages other than Rafting such us  the Combat Simulation / Paintball, Trekking, Bicycle / Cycling, drifting and Experiential Programs. All activities conducted in the vicinity of the River Pekalen, Probolinggo and based in Dam 8 Pekalen River. Dam 8 is the center of adventure tourism with the concept of "One Stop Adventure".
